Refund Policy

We want you to feel calm about using Circle. If you're not happy for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge — no questions asked.

The 10-day free trial

Before you're charged anything, you get 10 days of the full app for free. We don't take card details up front, so there's nothing to cancel if you decide Circle isn't for you during the trial.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe and then change your mind, request a refund within 30 days of that charge and we'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used to subscribe.
  2. Find your Circle Baby Care subscription and choose "Request a refund".
  3. Or email us at hello@circlebabycare.com and we'll help arrange it.

Refunds usually appear on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling future renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Account. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for; you won't be charged again.
