It means you don't need an app store. We're currently in the process of publishing Circle Baby Care to the Google Play Store — expect an update very soon. A red icon in the app header that lets you send either a gentle 'I need some support' request or a high-priority emergency alert to everyone in your circle, along with your current location so they can reach you. It's not a replacement for the emergency services — if life is at risk, call 999 / 911 / your local emergency number first.

We offer gentle nap and bedtime suggestions based on age-appropriate wake windows blended with your baby's own patterns over the last two weeks — but they're suggestions, not prescriptions. You know your baby better than any algorithm. Illness, teething, growth spurts, hunger, a noisy day, a new tooth, or simply a bad afternoon can all shift the rhythm — and that's completely normal.

Treat them as a soft nudge, not a rule. The most important skill is learning your baby's tired signs — rubbing eyes, staring off, yawning, ear-pulling, grizzling, or a sudden burst of hyperactivity in older babies and toddlers. Trust those cues first. The suggestions are there to help on the days you're too tired to think.

Because babies aren't machines. A teething night, a vaccination, a hot afternoon, or a big developmental leap will throw the rhythm off — and it will settle again. We'd rather give you honest information than pretend we can predict a two-week-old's day.
